Why can't my phone connect to wifi or mobile signal 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G?

Why can't my phone connect to wifi or mobile signal?

1- Please check if you have wifi or mobile connection mode 3g, 4g, 5g or not?

2- If you have a wifi connection without internet network, please contact directly with your network infrastructure provider or technical support.

3- Check for internet-related issues

- Incorrect configuration settings in your device

- IP conflict

- Wireless WiFI is defective or damaged

- The router or modem is malfunctioning

 

Fix the problem of not connecting to wifi

1-Restart your device.

2-If restarting doesn't fix the problem, switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi:

3-Open the Settings application then "Wireless and networks" or "Connect".

4- Turn off Wi-Fi and turn on mobile data then check if there is anything different.

5- If not, turn off mobile data then turn on Wi-Fi and see if that fixes the problem.

 

Your phone cannot connect to 2G, 3G, 4G, or 5G networks

1- First, check if you have mobile data turned on and whether you have a data connection.

2-Open the Settings application then "Wireless and networks" or "Connect" then Mobile data. On some devices, you may need to select "Data usage" before seeing this section.

3-Turn on mobile data. If mobile data is on, turn it off and then on again.

4-Check whether there is a data indicator (for example, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) next to the signal strength line at the top of the screen.

5- Please turn off Wi-Fi and check again.
